Travancore Royals Football Club registered a remarkable achievement in the District Youth League competitions organized by the Thiruvananthapuram District Football Association. Winning the titles in all three youth categories, U-13, U-15, and U-17 in a single season, Travancore Royals scripted a historic “triple” victory.
In the U-13 category, which featured 15 teams, Travancore Royals emerged as champions by defeating the strong SBFA Poovar side in the final.
In the U-15 category, with 18 teams and the U-17 category with 9 teams, the Royals lifted the trophy by overcoming the formidable Kerala Tigers. Securing championships in all three youth categories in the same season is a rare feat in Thiruvananthapuram football. This success stands as clear evidence of Travancore Royals’ consistent progress in youth football development in the district and their structured, scientific training system.
Travancore Royals, India’s first 100 percent fan-owned football club, operates with the vision of “Our Club,” focusing on community participation and the nurturing of local talent. At the academy level, the club places strong emphasis on quality coaching, physio support, tactical training, and the development of mental strength. With this achievement, Travancore Royals have also secured qualification for the Kerala State Youth League.
